You will have the following responsibilities:

Step into a role where you’ll join the administration team at our Chinchilla branch. As an Administrative Officer, you’ll work closely with our Operations, HSEQ, Workshop and administration teams, liaise with multiple internal and external stakeholders, and contribute to a positive team environment. This role offers great exposure across the business, giving you the chance to make a real impact. Then we have the perfect opportunity! Our Integrated and Managed Services Business Unit in Chinchilla, Queensland are looking for driven individuals to be part of our journey.

Comprised in the role:

  • General office administration responsibilities.
  • Operational reporting, purchase orders and invoicing.
  • Assisting the HSEQ and Workshop functions.
  • Handling customer inquiries.
  • Comfortable using Microsoft Office, Excel, and operational systems

 
Who you are:

  • Experienced in an administration/accounts position 
  • Intermediate experience using MS Excel (Desired)
  • Excellent customer service to our key clients
  • Takes initiative and engages positively with internal and external stakeholders
  • Enjoys working in a collaborative team environment 
  • Excellent organisational and time management skills


Please note that this role is based at our Chinchilla office.
