REMONDIS, a global leader in sustainable waste and recycling solutions, is looking for a results-driven Area Sales Manager to join our Dandenong South VIC sales team.

About the role

Reporting to the State Sales Manager, you’ll manage a defined sales territory across Melbourne, focusing on:

• Growing new business and achieving sales targets
• Retaining and renewing existing accounts
• Building customer relationships to drive loyalty
• Upselling and cross-selling waste management solutions
• Working closely with operations to ensure service excellence

This is an on-the-road role with plenty of autonomy, where your ability to consult, influence and deliver solutions will be key.

About you

• 3+ years sales/account management experience (B2B preferred)
• Proven record in winning new business and growing portfolios
• Strong communicator with consultative and negotiation skills
• Organised, self-motivated and resilient
• CRM and Microsoft Office proficiency
• Waste industry experience is desirable but not essential
