The Opportunity
We’re looking for a motivated Area Sales Manager to drive new business growth across this specialized market. This is a business development-focused role with strong earnings and long-term potential in a fast-growing, essential industry.
What You’ll Do
• Identify, pursue, and secure new business opportunities in the hazardous and packaged waste sectors, building a strong and sustainable client base
• Lead and support end-to-end tender processes, from identifying prospects and crafting proposals to final negotiations and contract award
• Develop tailored solutions for each client, working closely with internal stakeholders to ensure operational capability and high-quality service delivery
• Nurture long-term relationships with key commercial and industrial clients, acting as their trusted advisor in environmental compliance and risk management
• Collaborate with national and regional teams to contribute to strategic sales targets and growth plans
• Stay informed on market trends, regulations, and competitor activity to proactively position REMONDIS as a preferred provider
What You Bring
• Proven B2B sales experience, ideally in industrial services, hazardous goods, or environmental sectors, but not essential
• A hunter mentality with a strategic approach to identifying and developing new opportunities
• Excellent communication and negotiation skills, with the ability to influence and build trust at all levels
• Experience preparing tenders and commercial proposals, with strong attention to detail
• CRM system experience (Salesforce preferred) and the ability to manage your sales activity independently
• Motivated, results-driven, and self-managing, with a strong focus on client satisfaction
