We currently have an exciting opportunity available for a Client Liaison Officer / Account Manager to join our team.

This position is based in Tomago, visiting clients on the road within Newcastle/Central coast as well as some existing accounts within the Sydney, NSW region, to manage a well-established client portfolio, helping to manage waste, water and energy services.

Ideally, you will possess waste, environmental or similar industry experience and be passionate about assisting large organisations improve waste and recycling outcomes.


What you’ll be doing:

  • Assist in delivering profitable projects that hit every key objective.
  • Drive new business with the BD and IMS teams.
  • Lead a strong network of service providers and subcontractors. Build and maintain trusted partnerships.
  • Push continuous improvement across all accounts and IMS.
  • Lead the way in safety and environmental performance whilst managing critical HSE risks.
  • Provide expert technical support to clients
  • Solve client issues fast and keep projects running smoothly.
  • Work with Project Managers to keep sites compliant and operational.

Who you are: 

  • You possess at least 1-2 year’s Account Management experience ideally in a similar role and environment
  • You are able to develop deep/strong client relationships, proving proactive waste solutions that contribute to achieving our clients’ sustainability goals
  • You can ensure that client accounts / projects are profitable and deliver on their promised objectives
  • You’re able to think on your feet and proactively manage unplanned requirements
