Join REMONDIS as a Commercial & Finance Manager in our IMS team, based in Richlands. We're looking for an experienced finance professional to manage commercial relationships with our corporate clients while driving financial performance and growth.

In this role, you'll be responsible for overseeing the commercial and financial aspects of our corporate client portfolio. You'll work closely with internal teams and external stakeholders to ensure profitable operations while maintaining strong client relationships. • Provide advice on the financial status of the business
• Continuously improve and maintain an effective financial reporting system
• Assist with setting up reporting tools and systems for the business
• Report on and monitor various P&L performance
• Conduct monthly Profit and Loss forecasting
• Prepare and maintain Capital and Financial budgets
• Assist management with tendering and acquisition matters as requested
• Assist with financial auditing and system reviews
• Support cashflow reporting and Capex submissions and preparations
• Supervise Finance and Administrative staff, including performance management and development
• Assist with reviewing and summarising contracts

• Relevant degree in Finance, Accounting, Commerce, or related field
• Minimum 3-5 years experience in commercial finance or management accounting
• Strong analytical and problem-solving abilities
• Excellent communication and leadership skills
• Experience with financial systems implementation and reporting tools
• Proven ability to manage and develop team members
• Understanding of budgeting, forecasting, and P&L management
