We’re expanding and looking for reliable HR Drivers to join our Jandakot team.

The Opportunity

We currently have multiple full-time permanent roles available for:

• Front Lift Drivers – Prior experience is required
• Rear Lift Drivers – No industry experience needed, full training provided.

These roles involve early starts (4:00am), Monday to Friday, with plenty of weekend overtime opportunities available, plus a sign-on bonus of up to $3,000!

What You’ll Be Doing

• Operating front lift or rear lift trucks
• Collecting a range of commercial waste streams
• Performing vehicle safety checks and completing compliance paperwork
• Engaging in manual handling – must be physically fit
• Providing excellent customer service and building strong relationships

What You’ll Bring

• A current HR licence with a clean driving record
• HR truck driving experience
• A flexible, reliable, and safety-first attitude
• Solid understanding of Chain of Responsibility and Fatigue Management
• Waste industry experience is a bonus but not essential
• A positive, team-oriented approach
