We’re expanding and seeking Drivers across the Brisbane region for our Resource Recovery Facilities in Rocklea & Northgate.

The Opportunity

We have multiple full-time HR and MC Driver positions available.

  • Commercial & Industrial Division: Drivers with Rear Lift, Hook Lift, or Front Lift experience.
  • Transfer Stations & Transport Division: Drivers experienced with B-Doubles, Side Tippers, or similar combinations.

Start times vary by site and division, typically between 1:00am and 5:00am, Monday to Friday, with plenty of overtime and regular weekend work available. Includes a sign-on bonus of up to $3,000!

What You’ll Be Doing

  • Collect and transport commercial waste and recyclables (C&I division)
  • Transport bulk waste from transfer stations to landfill (Transport division)
  • Operate safely in varying weather and road conditions, including unsealed surfaces
  • Conduct daily vehicle safety checks and complete compliance paperwork
  • Operate and maintain a modern, well-presented vehicle
  • Perform manual handling tasks—must be physically fit
  • Deliver excellent customer service and build strong relationships

What You’ll Bring

  • A current HR or MC licence
  • Experience with garbage trucks such as Rear Lift, Hook Lift or Front Lift
  • Experience with B-Doubles, Side Tippers, or similar heavy combinations
  • A reliable, flexible, and safety-first attitude
  • Solid knowledge of Chain of Responsibility and Fatigue Management
  • Waste industry experience is a bonus
