REMONDIS Australia, a global leader in waste management and recycling, are looking for an ICT Manager – Architecture to join our team based in Mascot NSW.

In this role you'll will work closely with internal and external stakeholders across a huge variety of projects and provide leadership, advice and recommendations on all aspects of technology to the business, taking steps to ensure that it is properly understood and that technology capabilities are appropriately utilised.


Key Responsibilities:  

  • Lead enterprise architecture and data strategy to deliver measurable business outcomes.
  • Define and maintain the Enterprise Architecture framework, standards, and technology roadmaps.
  • Develop application and solution blueprints aligned with organisational priorities.
  • Collaborate with business and ICT stakeholders to ensure technology decisions deliver value.
  • Provide strong leadership on technology adoption and best practices.
  • Align ICT and business strategies to support long-term business goals.
  • Oversee the Data & Analytics function, including platforms, integration, and governance.
  • Drive data governance maturity and champion data-driven decision-making across the organisation.
  • Monitor emerging technology trends and deliver actionable insights.
  • Offer expertise during mergers and acquisitions.
  • Build and nurture a collaborative, high-performing team culture.

 

What we’re looking for:

  • Degree in IT, Computer Science, or equivalent experience.
  • 5+ years in architecture leadership roles, ideally in solution architecture with Microsoft Azure experience.
  • TOGAF or Enterprise Architecture certification (preferred).
  • Ability to bridge business and technology for impactful outcomes.
  • Deep knowledge of enterprise technologies, architecture patterns, and security standards.
  • Experience managing complex portfolios and applying architecture principles.
  • Strong knowledge in Microsoft Integration Services and Microsoft Fabric.
  • Skilled in DevOps, CI/CD, and modern development methodologies.
  • Strong understanding of modern integration patterns, blueprints, and technologies.
  • Familiarity with applications, systems, software, and hardware standards.
  • Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.
  • Skilled communicator, confident presenting to governance bodies.
  • Proven leadership and mentoring experience.
  • Excellent negotiation, strategic planning, and stakeholder engagement skills.
