We’re looking for an experienced Industrial Services Manager to lead our Brisbane operations based in Rocklea and Swanbank. In this role, you’ll take charge of our Liquid and Packaged Waste business across Queensland — driving performance, ensuring safety, and leading a strong team. Responsibilities:

  • Lead the REMONDIS Queensland team as a key member of the leadership group.
  • Oversee all operations for the Liquid and Packaged Waste business in Queensland.
  • Work with the GM and stakeholders to create strategies focused on growth and sustainability.
  • Collaborate with the Sales Team to drive consistent sales and project revenue.
  • Secure competitive pricing for services and disposal solutions.
  • Create and deliver business cases that support technical and regional growth.
  • Monitor and manage key performance areas such as safety, productivity, profit, costs, cash flow, and compliance.
  • Coordinate operations to maximize efficiency and output.
  • Ensure the business is well-resourced in terms of people, equipment, and structure.
  • Implement strong management systems to support safe and effective work by staff and contractors.
  • Provide leadership and support to the Queensland team.
  • Run the business in a compliant and sustainable way.
  • Maintain strong relationships with partners, suppliers, and vendors.
  • Collect and analyse business data to guide decision-making.

Who you are

  • Degree in Business, Sales, Engineering, Environmental Science, or a related field.
  • Senior leadership experience in industries such as waste, energy, logistics, or manufacturing.
  • Strong background in managing teams.
  • Proven ability to lead a business unit, including full responsibility for P&L, people, and safety.
  • Experience with regulatory and quality compliance.
  • Experience in improving processes and implementing systems.
  • Solid understanding of business operations and financial management.
