We're hiring

Reporting to the National Mergers & Acquisitions Manager, you will identify and pursue acquisition opportunities that align with REMONDIS’ core business and strategic growth objectives across existing and new markets.

What you’ll be doing

• Support the EGM Development and the National M&A Manager in identifying and pursuing strategic acquisition opportunities
• Provide analysis, valuations and recommendations on acquisitions and business opportunities
• Conduct and coordinate due diligence with senior stakeholders
• Review target businesses’ systems, identify risks or improvement areas
• Prepare business cases and support board approval processes
• Monitor market trends and identify growth opportunities
• Support transaction execution (share deals, asset deals, JVs, partnerships)
• Assist with post-acquisition integration and performance reviews

Skills and Experience

• Bachelor’s degree in finance, Accounting, Commerce or similar
• Strong financial background, previous experience in an M&A, Due Diligence or Financial Analysis role
• Strong analytical, problem-solving and critical thinking skills
• Excellent communication and organisational skills
• Strong IT skills, including Microsoft Office
• Understanding of business strategy and commercial objectives
