About the Opportunity
As the Operations Supervisor, you'll oversee day-to-day operations at our busy transfer station, ensuring efficient bulk material processing while upholding the highest safety and environmental standards. This permanent, full-time role offers hands-on leadership and the responsibility for our bulk transfer operations.

Key Responsibilities

• Supervise bulk transfer operations and coordinate daily workflows
• Lead, support and develop team members to achieve operational targets
• Ensure compliance with safety protocols and environmental regulations
• Oversee equipment schedules, inspections and routine maintenance
• Build strong relationships with clients and stakeholders
• Prepare operational reports and documentation
• Identify opportunities to improve processes and efficiency

You Will Bring

• HC driver’s license and practical truck driving experience
• Previous supervisory/team leader experience in operations, logistics or waste management
• Experience with fatigue management and mass management
• Waste industry experience desirable but not essential
• Strong understanding of workplace safety requirements
• Excellent communication and people leadership skills
• Physical fitness for hands-on operational tasks
