We are hiring a skilled Operator/Labourer/General Hand to join our team at Killaloe, QLD.

Our Operators play an essential role in getting us there, by working with our team to help provide valuable waste management solutions to our clients and customers. Because of this, as an Operator, you will be a fundamental part of the business and focused on waste solutions.

Who you are

  • You’re a skilled Operator/labourer, with a good safety record, with a front-end loader or excavator (heavy machinery) ticket (desirable). Not essential to have operator tickets, just be conscientious, motivated labourer who will be willing to obtain operator tickets.
  • Demonstrated experience as an Operator/general hand supporting the Site Supervisor.
  • Willing to work part-time with Friday to Sunday (8:00am – 5:30pm) shifts.
  • Strong understanding of Safety and Compliance in Transport and operations environments.
  • Customer orientated – you care about our customers and bringing a positive attitude to all your interactions.
  • Pride in appearance of the company equipment and personal image.
  • You’re a team player, willing to pitch in, be reliable, support and helpful when required.
