What you’ll be doing

• Operate and monitor the performance of the Liquid Treatment Plant and driving HR vehicles on site from time to time.
• Carry out sampling and basic testing of liquid waste
• Operate equipment as instructed, ensuring waste meets specifications for disposal or recovery
• Work closely with Plant Team Leaders to manage day-to-day waste processing activities
• Maintain clear and accurate records of operational processes
• Ensure required supplies and tools are available to support plant operations

What you’ll bring

• A current HR driver’s license is essential
• Previous experience as a plant operator
• Waste industry experience is a plus but not essential
• Willingness to work early morning shifts
• A strong commitment to safe work practices
• Ability to work effectively within a team environment
