We’re looking for a results-driven Project Manager – Operations to lead critical projects that shape the future of our business in Wingfield, Adelaide. What you’ll be doing:

• Review and improve operational performance at the Wingfield site
• Support projects that drive business improvements (e.g. sales, system upgrades, campaigns)
• Assist in building business cases for new assets, projects, and growth opportunities
• Help prepare and submit tender documents
• Create clear, consistent success measures beyond “just financials”
• Support pricing reviews with Sales and Finance to ensure competitiveness
• Build strong reporting systems and regular business reviews
• Track labour productivity, spot trends, and suggest improvements
• Improve and monitor collection route efficiency

What you’ll bring:

• Ownership

• Strong analytical expertise
• Strong Microsoft Office – Excel skills especially
• Business case and tender preparation experience (preferred)
• Project management skills (preferred)
• Influential and negotiations skills
• Stakeholder management skills
