Looking to build your career in a fast-paced customer-focused environment? We’re looking for a proactive and organised Sales Administration Officer - Minto NSW to join our team in Minto NSW. This is a fantastic opportunity for someone who enjoys customer interaction, coordinating enquiries, supporting sales activity and keeping operations running smoothly.

In this varied role, you’ll be the first point of contact for customer enquiries, supporting inbound sales opportunities while providing administrative support across operations, logistics and finance. You’ll play a key role in delivering outstanding customer service, maintaining accurate records and helping drive business growth.


Key responsibilities include:

  • Respond to inbound customer enquiries and support sales opportunities.
  • Build positive relationships with customers and internal stakeholders.
  • Assist with customer onboarding, service requests and ongoing account support.
  • Process inbound and outbound vehicle documentation accurately and efficiently.
  • Provide administrative support across operations, logistics and finance functions.
  • Prepare customer invoicing and maintain accurate records and reporting.
  • Coordinate workshop bookings, repairs and maintenance requirements.
  • Support scheduling and day-to-day site administration activities.
  • General administration duties including data entry, reporting and system updates.


Who you are

  • You have previous experience in administration, customer service, inbound sales support or logistics environments.
  • You enjoy speaking with customers and delivering high-quality service.
  • You’re highly organised with strong attention to detail and the ability to multitask.
  • You’re proactive, adaptable and take ownership of your work.
  • You’re confident using MS Office and can quickly learn new systems.
  • Experience in waste management or transport is beneficial but not essential.
