REMONDIS Australia, a global leader in waste management and recycling, are looking for a Senior Integration Engineer to join our team based in Mascot NSW.

In this role you'll design, build, and maintain enterprise-grade integration solutions using Microsoft Azure Integration Services. The role is pivotal in enabling seamless connectivity, integrations and automation across systems and applications, leveraging modern development methodologies and cloud-native technologies.


Key Responsibilities:

  • Lead the design and delivery of enterprise integration solutions that enable seamless connectivity across systems and applications.
  • Collaborate with ICT and business stakeholders to understand requirements and translate them into robust integration designs.  
  • Ensure solutions are scalable, secure, and aligned with organizational architecture and compliance standards.  
  • Drive the adoption of modern integration patterns and best practices across the team.  
  • Oversee the full integration lifecycle, including planning, development, testing, deployment, and ongoing support.  
  • Continuously monitor and optimize integration performance to meet service-level objectives.  
  • Champion automation and efficiency in integration delivery processes.  
  • Act as a trusted advisor on integration-related matters within the organization.


Technical Skills:

  • Expertise in Microsoft Azure Integration Services (Logic Apps, Service Bus, Event Grid, API Management).
  • Hands on experience with messaging and event-driven patterns (Pub/Sub, CQRS).
  • Hands-on experience with Azure Functions and serverless architectures.
  • Strong experience with RESTful APIs and secure API design.
  • Proficiency in data transformation (JSON, XML, XSLT).
  • Familiarity with authentication protocols (OAuth 2.0, OpenID Connect).
  • Solid experience with CI/CD pipelines and automation tools, preferably GitHub.
  • Scripting experience (PowerShell, Python).
  • Exposure to containerization (Docker, Kubernetes).
  • Strong troubleshooting and performance optimization skills.
