As a results driven and energetic State Sales Manager for WA, reporting to the General Manager Western Australia, you will lead the local development and implementation of sales and account management strategies to achieve our growth targets. This will be achieved through leading your team of phone-based inside sales and field sales covering small business and SME’s, through to major accounts managers who generate loyalty with top tier customers through building long term relationships. This position is critical to achieving market share and revenue targets for REMONDIS.  

The potential to grow sales is limitless. Every commercial and industrial business produces waste, and you’ll have the autonomy to drive growth with no handbrake!

 

Who you are

  • You’ll bring a depth of experience and track record in managing sales teams, delivering results, and driving market share and profit growth in  high pressure environments (necessary)
  • Focused on having strong customer management and relationship skills  
  • Ability to drive outcomes through data driven analytics
  • You communicate well, and your written and verbal style when interacting with customers and team is as friendly as it is consultative
  • You are experienced in sales analytics and CRM systems, ensuring you use our systems and resources to support your teams success
  • You’ll be a skilled presenter, able to engage customers and senior stakeholders with the necessary skills in PowerPoint, Word and Excel
  • Whilst experience in the waste arena is of benefit, it is more important to us possess the drive, motivation and resilience to succeed in a high paced and dynamic environment
