We're hiring

• Enjoy permanent, Part-Time employment in our team at Weipa QDL
• Work on a rotating roster, 6 days a week including Saturday or Sunday, 30h per week + weekend overtime.
• Business hours are Monday to Friday 8am to 5pm, and Saturday and Sunday 8am to 4pm
• We provide accommodation allowance of $220 per week

What you’ll be doing

• Process inbound/outbound vehicles and record data in our system and handling payments
• Handle customer service and weighbridge inquiries professionally
• Manage driver run sheets and complete daily data entry tasks
• Provide general administrative support including filing, emails, reporting, supplies coordination, and postal duties
• Assist with Health & Safety Environment compliance and basic site maintenance (cleaning, bin servicing)
• Support monthly reporting
