ETS (Environmental Treatment Solutions) is Remondis Australia’s specialised hazardous waste business, and is expanding into the Victorian market.

What you’ll love
Reporting to the State Sales Manager, the Area Sales Manager – ETS Victoria is a critical role responsible for the sales of waste management solutions across a territory in Victoria, generating new business as well as retention of existing customers, driving profitable sales growth.
As part of Environmental Treatment Solutions (ETS) team, you’ll work across our niche customer segment dealing with chemical & packaged/hazardous waste to grow a portfolio of high-value clients, providing essential, environmentally responsible waste management services. The role will foster long term partnerships, liaising with a varied range of prospective customers, from across a diverse range of industries and customers producing hazardous waste. The sales cycle is as diverse as our customer base; at times you’ll present a simple proposal and at others, you’ll be responding to tenders, with the support of the ETS team.
You’ll have the support of a great team, but also work autonomously, as this is an on-the-road role. Your primary focus will be to build a pipeline of new business, ensuring you commit to a consistent sales call cycle. Who you are
Ideally coming from a waste management services industry background, this role will suit you if you enjoy hunting and selling packaged solutions by cold calling, identifying the needs, visiting prospective customers and achieving win-win outcomes on the spot.
