About the role
We have permanent full-time opportunities based in Coolaroo VIC for HR Drivers Rear Lift & Front lift experience is highly regarded. This role involves early starts (2:00am & 3:00am), Monday to Friday. Weekend overtime opportunities available, plus a sign-on bonus of up to $3,000!

What You’ll Be Doing

• Collect, transport, and dispose of commercial waste and recyclable materials locally
• Performing vehicle safety checks and completing compliance paperwork
• Engaging in manual handling – must be physically fit
• Providing excellent customer service and building strong relationships
• Contributing to a clean, safe, and professional work environment

What you will bring

• A current HR licence with a clean driving record
• HR truck driving experience
• A flexible, reliable, and safety-first attitude
• Solid understanding of Chain of Responsibility and Fatigue Management
• Waste industry experience is a bonus but not essential
• A positive, team-oriented approach
