• Early starts between 3:00am and 4:00am
• Monday to Friday roster, weekend work available and overtime

What you’ll be doing

• Operate a Front Lift truck to collect general waste servicing commercial customers across the Hills.
• Supporting operations with warehouse and yard organization and upkeep
• Daily vehicle checks and asset care
• Providing excellent customer service and conflict resolution
• Supporting growth activities as new services are introduced

What you’ll bring

• Current HR license is required; Front Lift experience is preferred but not essential
• Solid knowledge of transport safety and compliance
• A positive attitude and pride in your work
• Can work autonomously and manage their run efficiently
• Strong communication skills and a customer-first approach
• Willing to assist with basic warehouse and yard duties when required
