We’re expanding our team in Minto, NSW, and are on the lookout for a skilled, safety-conscious HR Driver to join our Dangerous Goods division. This is more than just a driving job – you’ll be operating modern rigid tautliners, handling packaged waste, and contributing to safe and sustainable operations.

What You'll Do

• Operate rigid tautliner trucks to safely transport packaged liquid and solid waste
• Perform hands-on operational tasks, including manual handling and heavy lifting
• Safely handle and transport dangerous goods (full training provided if required)
• Conduct daily safety checks and complete required paperwork
• Deliver professional customer service and represent REMONDIS
• Maintain a clean and well-kept vehicle, treating it like your own

What You'll Bring

• A current HR license with solid driving experience
• A forklift ticket is a plus
• Physical fitness and readiness for manual labor
• Understanding of transport safety and compliance regulations
• A strong work ethic, ability to follow procedures, and a team-first attitude
• Commitment to working safely in all conditions

What We Offer

• Up to $3,000 sign-on bonus
• Permanent, full-time role with job security
• Monday to Friday roster, 6:00am starts, with some overtime and weekend work available.
• Stable and consistent 8-hour shifts
• Training provided in loading/unloading dangerous goods materials, with opportunity to gain a bulk license

What You’ll Need to Apply

• A valid HR driver’s license
• Ability to pass a National Police Check
• Ability to complete a pre-employment medical, including drug and alcohol screening
