We’re looking for an Inside Sales Representative to join our friendly Jandakot team.

From opening conversations to nurturing relationships, your communication skills and follow-up focus will make you a trusted partner at just the right moment — when customers are ready to make a change.

Manage and grow an assigned customer base via phone, providing qualified leads to the Commercial & Industrial Sales team.

  • Identify new opportunities through inbound and outbound calls, updating customer and service details in the CRM.
  • Promote REMONDIS products and support targeted marketing campaigns.
  • Understand customer needs and deliver effective waste management solutions.
  • Build and maintain strong relationships with internal teams to ensure a smooth sales process.
  • Keep customer and sales information accurate and up to date.
  • Retain existing clients and plan regular contact to support service renewals.
  • Support a Zero Harm culture by identifying and reporting hazards.
  • Deliver professional customer service and complete all admin tasks on time.
  • Collaborate with Operations to meet customer service deadlines and resolve issues.
  • Report on sales performance, customer trends, competitor activity, and KPIs as required.
