We’re now looking for a confident and energetic Inside Sales Representative to join our Brisbane team.

What You’ll Do

This is a relationship-focused role where you’ll connect with small to medium business customers, helping them find the right waste management solutions while supporting the broader sales team.

Your key responsibilities:

• Manage inbound and outbound calls to build a quality pipeline
• Convert prospects into customers and renew existing accounts
• Understand each client’s needs and offer tailored solutions
• Apply a consultative sales approach focused on listening and solving problems
• Maintain records to track progress
• Collaborate with operations, customer service, and the wider sales team
• Support marketing campaigns and share insights from customer feedback
• Stay proactive with follow-ups to keep deals moving

What You Bring

You’re a natural communicator with a sales mindset, a strong phone presence, and the drive to exceed targets. You enjoy helping customers and spotting opportunities in every conversation.

We’re looking for:

• Friendly, polite, and confident in conversations
• Curious, proactive, and a great listener
• Organised and able to manage your time well in a fast-paced setting
• Motivated, eager to learn, and focused on achieving results
• Comfortable with basic Microsoft Office, emails, and technology
• Experience in sales or customer service is helpful but not essential
• Experience in the waste or environmental industry is a bonus—but not required
