About the Role
We are seeking a reliable and detail-oriented Weighbridge Operator to join our team. This will be a dual role, responsible for the accurate operation of the weighbridge and delivering administrative support to the site and broader business.

You’ll be processing around 40 vehicles daily, managing customer interactions, handling payments through an online portal, and supporting tasks like data entry, run sheet management, and general admin. This is a customer-facing, multitasking position where no two days are the same.

Key Responsibilities

• Process inbound/outbound vehicles and record data in our system
• Handle customer service and weighbridge inquiries professionally
• Manage driver run sheets and complete daily data entry tasks
• Provide general administrative support including filing, emails, reporting, supplies coordination, and postal duties
• Assist with HSE compliance and basic site maintenance (cleaning, bin servicing)
• Support monthly reporting

• Strong attention to detail and basic computer/data entry skills
• Friendly, helpful, and professional communicator
• Reliable and punctual, able to work independently or in a team
• Willing to learn, multitask, and assist with physical tasks as needed
• Awareness of safety practices and ability to manage repetitive workloads
