Are you an organised, proactive, and enthusiastic individual with a passion for supporting operations in a dynamic environment?

We have a fantastic opportunity for an Administration Officer based in our Tanawha (Sunshine Coast) office. This role can be offered as either a Part-Time or Full-Time permanent opportunity.


Key Responsibilities include:

  • Support suppliers with invoice and payment queries.
  • Assist with photocopying, filing, binding, and laminating.
  • Use finance systems for processing, accruals, and reporting.
  • Process accounts payable and respond to supplier enquiries.
  • Help admin team with general administrative tasks.
  • Handle account-related calls with suppliers and clients.
  • Check and code supplier invoices accurately.
  • Provide reliable administrative support to the team.
  • Manage purchasing, invoicing, debt collection, and accruals.
  • Prepare letters and business correspondence as needed.
  • Complete clerical tasks as required.
  • Assist with monthly financial reports.
  • Support the Queensland Finance Manager with ad hoc reporting.

 
Who you are

  • Experienced in a similar administration role
  • Experienced in a customer facing role (desirable). 
  • Customer Service 
  • Excellent verbal and written communication 
  • Excellent organisational skills 
  • IT literacy
