Who we are
REMONDIS Go Organics is part of a global leader in sustainable waste and water management. With a strong local presence and a commitment to environmental impact, we deliver essential services across the country. We're growing and looking for a reliable Loader Operator to join our Boonanarring team.

The opportunity
This is a permanent, full-time role based at our composting production facility. You'll work Monday to Friday, 6:00am to 3:30pm, and every second Saturday, 7:00am to 2:00pm. The roster is stable and flexible, with occasional overtime included.

What you’ll be doing
• Operating front-end loaders
• Producing composts, potting mixes, and soil conditioners
• Supporting quality control to ensure high production standards
• Performing basic maintenance on vehicles, machinery, and equipment
• Managing stock control, processing orders, and document control
• Meeting production targets and customer satisfaction goals
• Following operating procedures (training provided)

What you’ll bring
• Loader operator ticket and relevant experience
• Excavator and Forklift ticket are desirable
• Strong work ethic and attention to detail
• Willingness to learn and follow procedures
• Experience in the waste industry is helpful but not required
