National Sales & Systems Analyst - Richlands

We’re looking for a National Sales & Systems Analyst to join our high-performing National Sales team in Richlands, QLD. Reporting directly to the National Sales Manager C&I, this role is all about driving smarter sales decisions and supporting growth across the business. You’ll take the lead on strategic reporting and analysis, streamline processes and systems, and develop digital platforms that give our sales team the edge. From delivering powerful sales intelligence and supporting bi-annual price reviews, to shaping business planning and incentive programs, this role puts you at the centre of sales performance and strategy.

Responsibilities:

  • Manage all sales reporting, incentive payments, price reviews, analytics, and digital reporting tools.
  • Lead projects to digitise reporting and improve tracking of sales metrics.
  • Apply sales processes and systems to ensure reporting is accurate and meaningful.
  • Recommend systems and procedures to boost sales effectiveness.
  • Carry out financial modelling and scenario planning at State and National levels.
  • Review business processes, propose improvements, and work with stakeholders to implement changes.
  • Provide ad hoc reporting for customers, branches, and senior management.

Who you are

  • Degree qualified in information systems, business analytics, or related field
  • Strong and demonstrable Business Analyst experience (minimum 5 years)
  • Microsoft Office, Salesforce, Power BI, SQL, Xampp
  • Industry experience desirable
  • Effective stakeholder engagement
  • Excellent verbal and written communication
  • Superior presentation skills
  • Strong commercial and financial acumen
