What you’ll be doing

• Allocate and schedule daily jobs for drivers and vehicles
• Debrief drivers’ operations, track break times, timelines, service completion and performance.
• Follow up on driver inductions and trainings.
• Coordinate with Customer Service to resolve service issues and schedule access
• Liaise with drivers and internal teams to ensure efficient operations
• Identify and help resolve operational issues

What you’ll bring

• Experience in fleet, logistics, or service scheduling
• Strong organisational and time management skills
• Excellent communication and customer service abilities
• Problem-solving mindset, high attention to detail and strong administrative skills
• Proficiency in Microsoft Office (Excel, Word, PowerPoint)
• Experience with Waste is desirable.
