Graduate Program: Tomorrow’s Leaders and Problem Solvers

WHO WE ARE

REMONDIS is one of the world's largest recycling, service and water companies. We’re a privately owned family company headquartered in Germany, with over 40,000 employees and operations on four continents. We’ve been here in Australia since 1982.

The waste industry is evolving at a cracking pace. REMONDIS Australia is also in the midst of our own organisational evolution. We are building the systems, processes and infrastructure we need to remain at the forefront of the circular economy journey.

We’re searching for recent graduates who have the curiosity, drive and resilience required to help us on that path.

Together, we believe we can achieve a more sustainable future; a future in which waste is a resource.

What you’ll love

With many of REMONDIS’ current leaders joining through previous Graduate Programs, we’re proud of the reputation we’ve built globally, for investing in wonderful graduate talent.
