About the Role

Reporting to the Executive General Manager, People & Safety, in a newly created role, the Talent Acquisition Manager will have the opportunity to shape the delivery of this core business service from implementation on. With a focus on quality, process improvement and delivering true value-added services in a growing business, this role is a genuinely rare opportunity. This role brings opportunities to Involvement in aligning current and future workforce planning requirements will also be part of your role, ensuring operational needs are being met.

This permanent full-time position is based in Mascot NSW, and provides the opportunity to work directly with hiring managers across our Australian business, focusing on building and leading a team to sourcing the right talent to support a growing business and deliver on our strategy.

 

Responsibilities include:

  • Leading & developing your team to deliver a service that enables business success
  • Establishing, developing and maintaining strong relationships across the business with key stakeholders
  • Establishing and embedding service level agreements and reporting to support
  • Provide ongoing identification of process improvement opportunities, and implementation of same
  • Driving the development and maintenance of talent pools for key identified areas
  • Developing candidate attraction strategies

  

What We’re Looking for

  • Significant talent acquisition experience in end-to-end environments across both blue- and white-collar roles
  • Leadership experience and capability
  • Tertiary qualifications and waste management experience will both be highly regarded
