We’re looking for an experienced Works Coordinator to join our team in Richlands Brisbane. In this role, you’ll coordinate a range of computer-based waste management systems to efficiently process and action client service requests. You’ll manage order changes and maintain accurate customer information, ensuring updates are communicated to the relevant teams. By building and maintaining strong, collaborative relationships across departments, you’ll help deliver high-quality, responsive, and integrated services that consistently meet client needs.

Responsibilities:

  • Provide accurate information about the company’s structure and services.
  • Handle sensitive information carefully.
  • Use computer-based customer service systems efficiently.
  • Record and communicate any changes or updates to the right people.
  • Ensure client requests are clearly understood and entered correctly into systems.
  • Manage emergencies and notify clients of any delays.
  • Respond to client requests promptly and keep them updated on progress.
  • Support the delivery of high-quality customer service as part of a team.
  • Share client feedback, both positive and negative, with management.
  • Prepare accurate reports and information for management when required.
  • Report system issues and work with IT to fix them.
  • Assist the Team Leader with administrative tasks and other duties.
  • Provide operational support to the Administration Team.

Who you are

  • Administration training certification (desirable)
  • Experience in a similar role or strong customer service
  • Excellent customer service skills
  • Communication and interpersonal skills
  • Administration and organisational skills
  • Excellent verbal and written communication skills
  • Computer literacy skills – Microsoft Office/Windows environment
  • Ability to prioritise workload
  • Ability to work as part of a team, with or without supervision
