The Role

  • Provide backup for the Workshop Manager when required
  • Work Monday to Friday, 8am to 4pm, from our St Marys base

Who You Are:

  • A natural organiser who can juggle tasks across multiple branches
  • Comfortable working in a dynamic, workshop-heavy environment
  • A strong communicator, confident working with internal teams and external suppliers

What You Bring:

  • Experience in heavy vehicle, transport, or workshop admin roles
  • Knowledge of spare parts and fleet management systems (Fleetmex preferred)
  • Proven ability to raise purchase orders, manage procurement, and maintain fleet records
  • A current HR Driver License
  • Ability to stay calm and effective during busy or high-pressure days
  • Experience as a truck driver or mechanic is highly regarded but not essential

Why Join REMONDIS?

  • Be part of a global leader making a real environmental impact
