What you’ll love

Stepping into a newly created role, where you will, amongst things, bring a high level of energy and drive to focus on identifying key process efficiencies and improvements (and challenging the status quo) and drive these to fruition. You will be managing the resourcing and processes critical to the delivery of customer service, internal sales, purchasing/procurement (oversight), operations planning (oversight), and general administration. 

Your ability to build strong relationships across the business, problem solve and manage resources/resource planning and work to continuously develop your team’s skills and experience will be key to the success in the role.

Who you are

  • Previous experience working in a similar role within the waste management, logistics/transport and/or retail industries.
  • Strong leadership experience and capabilities, particularly around developing teams.
  • Experience in looking at systems, processes and procedures and identifying where things could become more efficient and effective.
  • The ability to problem-solve and juggle multiple tasks, competing priorities and deadlines.
  • High levels of energy, team oriented, attention to detail and focus in order to achieve great outcomes and results.
  • Excellent written and verbal communication and relationship building skills.
  • Strong PC literacy and confidence working with a range of systems.
