We have two exciting opportunities to join our dedicated National Sales Team based in Richlands, Queensland as Customer Retention Officers. This role is crucial to our business—interacting directly with customers who wish to cancel services and proactively engaging with customers nearing contract expiry to renew their agreements.

You'll join a supportive, collaborative team focused on retaining and enhancing customer relationships, making every interaction count. We provide comprehensive training to ensure your success from day one.

 

What You'll Do

  • Directly engage with customers, actively listening to their concerns and providing tailored solutions to retain their business.
  • Proactively contact customers to discuss renew agreements, reinforcing the benefits and value of REMONDIS services and ensuring seamless service continuity.
  • Utilise our in-house review tools to generate feedback and proactively address customer enquiries, enhancing satisfaction to achieve outstanding customer experiences.
  • Collaborate closely with internal teams to resolve customer issues swiftly and efficiently.

Who You Are

We’re looking for empathetic and persuasive communicators who are driven to build lasting relationships with customers. You'll thrive in this role if you are:

  • Excellent at building rapport and understanding customer needs.
  • A strong negotiator, comfortable having meaningful conversations around contract renewals and customer retention.
  • Resilient and adaptable, with a genuine desire to turn customer interactions into positive experiences.
  • Organised and detail-oriented, skilled in managing your workload effectively.
  • Experienced in customer service, retention, sales, or related roles (preferred).
