Our team is growing, and we're looking for HR Drivers who want to be part of something that matters.

The opportunity

If you're a qualified HR Driver looking for stability, purpose, and the chance to be home every day, this is the role for you. Enjoy permanent, full-time work with early starts (between 12am–3am) and early finishes — plus a sign-on bonus of up to $3,000.

What you'll be doing

As a key member of our essential services team, you’ll:

• Collect, transport, and dispose of waste and recyclable materials locally
• Operate and maintain a clean, modern vehicle
• Work safely on commercial sites around other heavy vehicles and equipment
• Complete daily safety checks and paperwork
• Ensure compliance with Workplace Health and Safety and National Heavy Vehicle Regulations
• Maintain a professional appearance and clean work environment
• Build strong relationships with clients and stakeholders

What you’ll bring

• Current HR licence with a good driving record
• Solid knowledge of transport safety and compliance
• A positive attitude and pride in your work
• Experience in waste collection or rear-lift operations (desirable)
• Ability to work independently and as part of a team
• Strong communication skills and a customer-first approach
