Key Responsibilities

• Manage customer accounts and oversee cash collections

• Respond promptly and accurately to customer enquiries about account status

• Develop and maintain strong relationships with both customers and internal stakeholders

• Assist customer service teams with resolving account disputes

• Prepare and update stop service lists and related data

• Engage directly with customers to process outstanding invoices and meet KPI targets

• Work closely with colleagues and leadership to reduce aged debt and minimise financial risk

What You’ll Bring

• Proven experience in high-volume B2B collections, with strong reconciliation abilities

• A customer-first mindset and the ability to build trust and rapport

• Strong analytical and problem-solving skills

• Excellent time management and organizational skills, with a sense of urgency

• Clear and confident communication skills

• Ability to work independently, make decisions, and escalate where necessary

• Tech-savviness and a willingness to learn new systems

• Experience in the waste industry is a bonus, but what really matters is your motivation, drive, and resilience in a fast-paced environment
