About the Role

REMONDIS is seeking a dedicated Operations Coordinator to support our high-paced operations team. You’ll be a key connection between drivers, customer service, and internal systems, making sure our services are delivered on time and with precision.

As an Operations Coordinator, you’ll be responsible for allocating daily jobs, monitoring routes and driver schedules, and providing end-of-day debriefs. You’ll ensure that timelines, breaks, and schedule gaps are properly managed and help oversee training and inductions.

You’ll work closely with the Customer Service team to manage access to sites, solve issues, and deliver high-quality service.

Key Responsibilities

  • Allocate and schedule daily jobs for drivers and vehicles
  • Debrief drivers operations, checking timelines, breaks, and performance
  • Track break times and service completion
  • Follow up on driver inductions and trainings.
  • Coordinate with Customer Service to resolve service issues and schedule access
  • Update and maintain business systems with current schedules and customer information
  • Liaise with drivers and internal teams to ensure efficient operations
  • Identify and help resolve operational issues
  • Produce reports as required for internal and external use

What You’ll Bring

  • Experience in fleet, logistics, or service scheduling
  • Strong organisational and time management skills
  • Excellent communication and customer service abilities
  • Problem-solving mindset and ability to stay calm under pressure
  • High attention to detail and strong administrative skills
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office (Excel, Word, PowerPoint)
  • Experience with Waste is desirable.
