REMONDIS is seeking an experienced HSEQ Advisor to support our team across NSW. This permanent, full-time role offers the opportunity to make a real impact on workplace safety and environmental standards while working with a team that values expertise and collaboration.

As our HSEQ Advisor, you'll play an essential role in maintaining and improving our health, safety, environmental, and quality standards across our NSW operations. You'll work closely with site teams, management, and external stakeholders to ensure compliance and foster a culture of continuous improvement.

• Conduct regular site inspections and risk assessments across NSW locations
• Develop and deliver training programs for staff at all levels
• Investigate incidents and implement corrective actions
• Maintain compliance with relevant legislation and industry standards
• Prepare reports and documentation for management and regulatory bodies
• Support the development of HSEQ policies and procedures
• Collaborate with teams to identify improvement opportunities

We welcome applications from professionals who bring:

• Relevant tertiary qualifications in occupational health, safety, or environmental management
• Proven experience in HSEQ roles, preferably in industrial or waste management environments
• Strong knowledge of NSW and Australian safety legislation
• Excellent communication skills and the ability to engage with diverse teams
• Current driver's license and willingness to travel across NSW
• Problem-solving mindset with attention to detail
