We're hiring

Reporting to the General Manager ICT, you will oversee ICT infrastructure, service delivery and cyber security frameworks across the business. You will lead a small team and work closely with stakeholders to ensure technology supports operational performance while protecting the organisation from emerging cyber threats.

Key Responsibilities

• Lead Infrastructure, Service Delivery, and Information Security functions across the organisation.
• Mature the ICT Service Management Framework and implement core ITIL practices.
• Develop infrastructure roadmaps aligned with enterprise standards and architecture.
• Establish and manage the Information Security Management System (ISMS) and Cybersecurity Maturity Program.
• Partner with ICT and business stakeholders to align technology decisions with business outcomes.
• Provide leadership and advice on infrastructure and cybersecurity initiatives.
• Support ICT cost management and reporting frameworks.
• Provide domain expertise for M&A activities.
• Develop and manage Vendor Management Frameworks.
• Identify and mitigate technology risks aligned with organisational risk appetite.

Technical Skills & Experience

• Experience leading ICT Infrastructure, Service Delivery, and Cybersecurity functions.
• Experience implementing ITIL-based Service Management practices and tools.
• Strong experience with Microsoft Azure, M365, Microsoft EUC tehnologies, Networking (WAN & Meraki technologies).
• Strong understanding of the NIST Cybersecurity frameworks
• Vendor management, risk management, and ICT financial management experience.
• Strong leadership, stakeholder engagement, and communication skills.
