As a National Inside Sales Representative, you’ll manage inbound enquiries and outbound prospecting to qualified leads, turning conversations into tailored waste and recycling solutions for customers. You’ll qualify needs, prepare quotes, close new business, and coordinate onboarding—delivering a professional, responsive customer experience.

What you’ll be doing

• Manage inbound enquiries via phone, email and web
• Make outbound calls to follow up leads and build pipeline
• Understand customer requirements and recommend the right service solution
• Prepare and present quotes, handle objections, and close new business
• Keep CRM records accurate and up to date and follow agreed sales processes

About you

• Confident communicator who enjoys speaking with customers
• Resilient and consistent—you can handle “no” and stay focused
• Organised with strong follow-through and attention to detail
• Comfortable learning systems and using a CRM daily
• Sales experience is helpful but not essential—we want someone driven with the right attitude
