What you’ll love about this role
This is a unique opportunity based in Dandenong South for a hands-on and proactive All-Rounder Operations Coordinator to step into a key role and make it your own. You’ll be part of a supportive team that values your contribution and drive. This role offers a broad range of responsibilities where your ability to multitask and adapt will be key.

Your key responsibilities will include:

  • Providing administrative support across daily operations, logistics, and finance
  • Accurately processing inbound and outbound vehicles in a timely and organised manner
  • Handling customer enquiries and assisting in securing new business opportunities
  • Supporting the site supervisor in coordinating staff schedules and managing team communications
  • Completing general admin tasks such as data entry, reporting, and record keeping
  • Assisting with inventory control and stock reconciliation to ensure smooth site operations
  • Supporting compliance by helping maintain health and safety documentation and procedures
  • Liaising with external suppliers and contractors to help coordinate deliveries and site requirements
  • Helping to manage and improve operational processes for greater efficiency
  • Providing on-the-ground support during peak operational times or emergencies as needed

Who you are

  • You have experience in administration, logistics, or finance within a busy, operational environment
  • You are a strong communicator, confident engaging with team members, customers, and suppliers
  • You are highly organized, adaptable, and take ownership of your responsibilities
  • You are proficient in MS Office and open to learning new software and systems quickly
  • Qualifications in Administration, Supply Chain, or related fields are a plus but not essential
  • You bring motivation, resilience, and a positive, can-do attitude to your work
  • You thrive in a fast-paced, dynamic environment and enjoy being part of a team that values initiative
  • Experience in the waste or industrial sector is beneficial but not required – your attitude and energy matter most
