Our team is growing, and we're looking for a Yard Hand who wants to be part of something that matters.

The Opportunity

We are seeking a dedicated Yard Hand to join our team. In this role, you will be responsible for overseeing the daily cleanliness and manual handling of the general yard. Your key responsibilities will include:

• Maintaining the cleanliness of the entire yard and wash bay
• Sorting, repairing, washing, and assembling bins, including attaching lids and wheels
• Managing and applying correct stickers to all bins and overseeing sticker inventory
• Conducting bin stock takes and organizing bin scrap (plastics and metal)
• Ensuring accurate weights of outgoing scrap materials
• Managing spare parts for bins
• Operating a forklift as required
• Performing additional yard duties as needed, such as mowing lawns

What You'll Bring

• Experience in a similar role is an advantage
• Valid driver's license
• Forklift license
• Front End Loader license is an advantage
